Warehouse Charges

Warehouse Charges Summary

The Warehouse Charges Summary screen displays all warehouse charge records configured in the system. Navigate to it via Home > Vendor > Master Management > Warehouse Charges.

The summary grid shows the following columns:

Column	Description
State Code	The state code the warehouse charge applies to
Warehouse Rate	The rate charged for this state
Action	View (👁) and Edit (✏) icons

Use the Clear Filter button to reset any applied column filters.

Add Warehouse Charges

1. Click the + Add button on the top right of the Warehouse Charges Summary screen.

2. The Add Warehouse Charges screen opens.

   

   Note

   Mandatory fields are indicated by the * next to the name

   Fill in the following fields:

   • State Code* — Dropdown. Select the state this charge applies to.
   • Warehouse Rate* — Numeric stepper. Enter the warehouse rate for the selected state.

3. Click Save to create the record, or Cancel to discard.
