Conversion

Conversion Summary

The Conversion Summary screen displays all unit conversion records configured in the system. Navigate to it via Home > Vendor > Master Management > Conversion.

The summary grid shows the following columns:

Column	Description
Conversion Name	The name identifying the conversion relationship (e.g. "CP To TSP")
Primary Qty	The quantity value for the primary unit
Primary Unit	The unit of measure on the primary side of the conversion
Alternate Qty	The quantity value for the alternate unit
Alternate Unit	The unit of measure on the alternate side
Status	Green = Active · Red = Inactive
Action	View (👁) and Edit (✏) icons

Use the Clear Filter button to reset any applied column filters. The grid is paginated — select the number of items per page using the dropdown at the bottom.

Add a Conversion

1. Click the + Add button on the top right of the Conversion Summary screen.

2. The Add Conversion screen opens.

   Note

   Mandatory fields are indicated by the * next to the name

   Fill in the following fields:

   • Conversion Name* — Free text. Enter a descriptive name for the conversion (e.g. "Cup To Teaspoon").
   • Primary Qty* — Numeric stepper. Enter the quantity for the primary unit.
   • Primary Unit* — Dropdown. Select the primary unit of measure.
   • Alternate Qty* — Numeric stepper. Enter the quantity for the alternate unit.
   • Alternate Unit* — Dropdown. Select the alternate unit of measure.

3. Click Save to create the conversion record, or Cancel to discard.
