Actual Vs. Theoretical Cost Summary

To access this page, hover over the Purchase tab, then hover over reports to find the Actual vs. Theoretical Cost Summary tab and click on it.

After clicking that tab, you will be presented with the page below. Input the information to generate the report for your company’s analysis of the actual vs theoretical costs.

The following information will need to be inputted for the report to generate

• Start Date
• End Date
• Choose to include all inactive accounts and locations
• Account
• Locations
• Vendors

After you input the fields above, you will be presented with a report screen like the one below.

In order to export the report, hit the button as seen in the picture below and choose which form you want to export to.
