• Requests to add or remove items to/from the Order Guide must be approved by Procurement via Order Guide Change Request transaction in Culinary Suite.

• When creating a PBI, you MUST enter the invoice number in the Invoice Number field. The entry must be accurate.

Use the following tips to search, sort and navigate to the next and previous page in CulinarySuite:

	Filter Function
	Click on the “funnel” icon to filter. Here you can filter by typing in a value. When you click Filter button, the system will return results that contain that value. Click “Clear” to delete the value(s) entered.
	A red “funnel” icon indicates that the column is filtered. To un-filter, click the yellow button and then click the Clear button.
	To clear filters, click on the Clear Filter button found at the top right side of the page.
	Sort Function
	If a column has a filter, you can sort the column a-z and z-a. If there is a black“descending” triangle, this indicates that the column is in descending order (za). If there is no black “descending triangle, this indicates that the column is in ascending order (a-z)
	Page Forward/Page Backward Function
	Navigation to move to the next page Navigation to the end of the list Navigate to the previous page Navigate to the first page
Items Per Page	Choose the number of items you want displayed

Follow these troubleshooting tips if you are having an issue with system performance:

Operating System Troubleshooting
CulinarySuite must be run in the Chrome browser. Cache needs to be cleared out periodically in order to run the program more efficiently.
1. Open the Chrome app. 2. Tap the 3 dots on the top right corner choose Settings. 3. Under "Advanced," tap Privacy Clear browsing data. 4. At the top, tap the dropdown under "Clear data from the." 5. Choose a time period, such as past hour or past day. To delete everything, select beginning of time. 6. Select the types of information you want to remove. 7. Tap Clear data
