What Is Pricing: Contract Price?​

Contract Price allows you to set and manage agreed-upon prices between your company and a vendor for specific product lines and markets. You can apply a markup and export the contract pricing data to Excel for your records.

  1. Click on ERP on the main navigation menu and hover on Vendor.

  2. Hover over Pricing in the submenu and click on Contract Price.

Use Contract Price​

On the Contract Price screen, select your filter criteria and review or update the pricing details.

  1. Vendor: Select the vendor whose contract price you want to view or edit.
  2. Markup: Enter the markup percentage or dollar amount to apply.
  3. Effective Date: The markup price will be set to effective from this date.
  4. Product Line: Select one or more product lines to include.
  5. Market: Select the market for this contract price.
  6. Export XLS: Exports the current contract price data to an Excel file.
