Audit Trail
The Audit Trail allows admins to see all the information in a specific module and submodule of the system to see who last modified its contents and when they last modified its contents. This allows you to keep track of who is making changes in the system and when.
After choosing the master module and the sub module, you can choose the section to be more specific in your search. Otherwise, the data will automatically generate below the required fields as seen in the picture above.
Here, there are listed the Primary Key IDs for the module section as well as the Primary Key Value which tells the user what has been altered as well as the Performer, if they signed in using their name.
Within each row, there is a dropdown icon on the left side, clicking that will allow you to see within that entry to see the Master Module, the Sub Module, Section, Action, Performer, and Performed Date.
You can also compare two entries in the system by hitting the checkboxes on the left and then hitting the Compare button on the bottom right.
This will generate a popup screen that will allow you to compare the two entries side-by-side.
You can choose the orientation of the table by hitting the Vertical Table or Horizontal Table button. The yellow highlighted fields are the ones that were changed from the original entry to the next one.
