User

This section will allow you to view and add users to your company’s Culinary Suite page. To access this page, locate the User Management icon on the left menu and hover over it to find the User tab and click on it.

You will see a page with all of the active users in your system.

You can hit the Add button on the top right of the screen to add a new user to your company’s system. The Add button will take you to a page that looks like the one below.

Input the following fields to create a user:

  • Username: it is best if this username is an email
  • Email
  • Password
  • Title
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Profile: Choose from the list generated that best describes this user.
  • Member Type: Choose from the list generated that best describes this user: either Employee or Parent.
  • License Type: Corporate License or Field User License
  • Description: Description of their role.

Then hit the add button. The username and password will be active for this user.

You will see icons on the 3 right-most columns for each user. These icons have different meanings:

  • The icon can unlock or lock an account.
  • The icon refreshes the user entry to update any changes.
  • The icons allow you to view, edit, or delete the entry in that order.
