Set and Remove Min Par

Set Min Par On Individual Items At A Location ​

Note

Minimum par must be set for all products. 

Par levels should be adjusted based on your ADP.   

From the Inventory Storage screen: 

  1. Enter desired minimum par quantity in “Min Par” field on the product line.  A red triangle appears in the upper left corner of Min Par field indicating that the entered information has not been saved. 
  1. Click in the Unit field to the right of Min Par to indicate the desired unit.  A red triangle appears in the upper left corner of Unit field indicating that the entered information has not been saved. 
  1. Click the Save button in bottom right corner.  “Product Storage Details Updated Successfully” message appears in bottom right corner and then fades away.

Remove Min Par From Items​

From the Inventory Storage screen: 

  1. Click on the Min Par for the item that you want to remove the par from. Delete the number and click tab. Min Par number is deleted, and unit disappears. A red triangle appears in the upper left corner of Min Par indicating that a change has been made but has not been saved. 

  2. Click the Save button in bottom right corner.  “Product Storage Details Updated Successfully” message appears in bottom right corner and then fades away.
